ChileCompra – AI-Driven Compliance Automation

We led the automation of anomaly and compliance detection rules for ChileCompra, strengthening transparency and oversight in public procurement. Our team combined AI-powered rule design with hands-on training, equipping directors and technical staff to interpret and apply advanced monitoring systems in critical state processes.

SUSESO – Continuous Oversight Powered by Data Science

For the Superintendence of Social Security (SUSESO), we designed a continuous oversight model powered by data science, aimed at strengthening regulatory monitoring and the early detection of non-compliance.

The project included the identification and prioritization of critical information systems, the definition of a data governance policy and structure, and the design of a data warehouse to integrate diverse sources with quality and security standards. On this foundation, we developed advanced analytical methodologies, including anomaly detection models and automated alert generation using machine learning.

The initiative concluded with an intensive knowledge transfer program, training executives and technical teams in the strategic use of data science for oversight, ensuring the sustainability of the model and its institutional adoption.

Compliance Xpert – AI-Powered Regulatory Intelligence

As part of the Startup Ciencia program, we developed Compliance Xpert, an AI platform that transforms complex legal frameworks into actionable insights. By leveraging embeddings, RAG techniques, and language models, we created tools for compliance teams to interpret regulations and explain our GeoAML scoring, deploying functional solutions in Google Cloud for real-world use.
